Salmon with Lime & Cilantro

Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
1/4 c fresh lime juice
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp chopped cilantro leaves
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down on a rimmed baking shit. Season with salt & pepper. Roast until no longer pink in the center (10-12 minutes).
- Using a spatula, remove salmon from the baking sheet (leave skins behind and discard).
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, soy sauce, sugar, and cilantro leaves. Spoon sauce over cooked fish.
